How it works

Step 1
Tick your list, don’t type it
Start from a list of common dental supplies — gloves, cotton rolls, composite, anaesthetic — and tick what you use, or bring your own list in from a spreadsheet. Each branch then ticks the things it actually carries and sets its own minimum for each.

Step 2
Count on a phone, when it suits you
Walk the stockroom with the count sheet open, grouped by category the way the shelves are. Type what’s there, and the month it expires for anything that does. Stop halfway and pick it up later — the round remembers where you got to.

Step 3
The order list writes itself
Everything below its minimum lands on one list, grouped by supplier and ready to send. Mark it ordered so nobody buys it twice, then book in what actually arrives — including a part delivery, with the rest still on the way.
- Share or print each supplier’s part of the list
- Orders that never arrived come back to be chased
- Suppliers can be kept out of sight of junior staff
What it won’t ask of you
Nobody logs a glove mid-appointment, and nothing is deducted when a procedure is recorded. Stock systems that need a tap for every item used tend to be abandoned, because the chair always wins. You count when it suits you; the app does the arithmetic.
So the numbers are as fresh as your last count, not live to the minute — and “short by” on the order list is the gap to your minimum, not a guess at how much to buy.
Which plans include it
Inventory comes with Basic and Pro, and with the 14-day trial. Starter doesn’t include it: if you build your list on the trial and then choose Starter, your list and counts stay on screen, but they can’t be updated.
