Patient records
Names, addresses, guardians, tags and remarks — with consent recorded before a record can be saved, and a record of every change: who made it, and when.
Dental chart
An FDI odontogram covering adult and baby teeth together, five surfaces per tooth, and existing work colour-separated from planned work. Completing a procedure updates the chart.
Medical history
The full questionnaire, with allergies and medications in their own fields, a life-threatening flag, and a medical alert that follows the patient across every screen.
Appointments
Day, week and month views, drag to reschedule, and a status on every booking — scheduled, arrived, in chair, completed, plus cancelled and no-show. Working hours and closures are built in, and it warns you before two patients land in the same slot — or refuses it outright, if that’s how you set it up.
Online booking
A public booking page for your clinic. Requests land in a staff inbox for review — never auto-confirmed — and patients confirm from the email.
Visits and payments
Clinical notes and money kept separate. A ledger per patient with installments, a balance that always matches the payments behind it, and overpayments held as patient credit.
Photos, x-rays and files
Drag and drop, or capture straight from a phone. X-rays and PDFs are kept exactly as received, tagged to a tooth, with a 30-day trash you can restore from.
Forms and prescriptions
Templates you fill, sign on screen, and lock. The signed PDF carries your letterhead and a reference number, and is sealed so an altered copy can be spotted. Prescriptions are generic-name-first with PRC and PTR fields.
Multiple branches
One clinic, many locations, each with its own hours and staff. A branch’s team works with that branch’s patients. If someone from another branch walks in, your staff can find them by name instead of starting a second record — and bringing them across is a deliberate step that gets recorded.
