MyDMD runs a clinic with several branches as one clinic. Each branch keeps its own hours, team, payment accounts and end-of-day count, and a patient seen at two branches has one record, not two. Every plan includes one branch; each extra branch is ₱500 a month.

Does each branch see only its own patients?
Yes. A branch’s team works with that branch’s patients. The owner, admins, and anyone you give an all-branches role see every branch.
When a patient from another branch walks in, your staff can find them by name — just enough to tell it’s the same person, not their full record — and add them to this branch on purpose, instead of starting a second record. That step is written down with who did it and when.
Can staff have different roles at different branches?
Yes. Someone can be a branch manager at one branch and front desk at another. You can make your own roles, too. A role that covers all branches also covers any branch you open later.
How is each branch’s money kept apart?
Every payment belongs to the branch it was taken at. A payment account — a cash drawer, a GCash number, a bank account — can belong to one branch or be shared across the clinic. Each branch closes its own day: what the drawer should hold, what was counted, and whether it’s short or over. Reports follow the branch you’re working in.
How do schedules and online booking work across branches?
Each branch has its own calendar, and each dentist’s hours are set branch by branch, so a dentist who is at one branch on Mondays and another on Tuesdays is booked in the right place. Branch closures block the day. Patients booking online choose the branch they want.
Can each branch keep its own stock?
With Inventory, yes: one list for the clinic, and each branch keeps its own stock, minimums and count day. Inventory comes with Basic and Pro, and with the 14-day trial; Starter doesn’t include it.

Yes. Two clinic accounts can be joined, one becoming a branch of the other, when both owners agree. Message us to arrange it.
How much does a branch cost?
Every plan includes one branch. Each extra branch is ₱500 a month, billed with your plan. Your plan’s dentists, patient records and storage cover the whole clinic, across every branch — Pro includes 8 dentists, for example.
