Paying annually costs 10 months instead of 12 — two months free. Quarterly is the same plan billed every three months. There is no month-to-month plan.

Your 14-day trial includes Inventory and digital impressions whichever plan you choose afterwards. Anything you set up stays on screen on a plan without it — you just can’t add to it. A big clinic is Pro plus add-ons, not a secret fourth tier you have to ask about.

The details worth knowing
How long is the free trial, and do I need a card?
14 days, and no card. You set up your clinic and use it for real. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, and nothing auto-charges when the trial ends.
Can I pay monthly?
No — billing is quarterly or annual. The per-month figure is there to compare plans. The smallest payment you can make is one quarter.
What if my clinic outgrows its plan?
Some limits you can top up on the plan you’re on — another dentist, another branch, more storage. Patient records go up with the plan itself, so a clinic that fills those moves up a tier. Either way you only pay the difference for the time left.
What’s different between the plans?
Mostly size — dentists, records, storage. The everyday clinical parts are on all three: patients, the chart, notes, forms, prescriptions, appointments, booking, lab cases and money. Two features depend on the plan: Inventory, the stock list and count sheet, comes with Basic and Pro; digital impressions — a patient’s intraoral scans, turned in 3D — comes with Pro. Your 14-day trial includes both.
