Three plans. Everything clinical is in all three; Inventory comes with Basic and Pro. Prices below are per month on the annual plan, where two of the twelve months are free — switch to quarterly to see that price instead.
Paying annually costs 10 months instead of 12 — two months free. Quarterly is the same plan billed every three months. There is no month-to-month plan.

Your 14-day trial includes Inventory whichever plan you choose afterwards. A big clinic is Pro plus add-ons, not a secret fourth tier you have to ask about.

The details worth knowing
The trial is 14 days, with no card
You set up your clinic and use it for real. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan, and nothing auto-charges when the trial ends.
Quarterly or annual — there is no monthly
The per-month figure is there to compare plans. The smallest payment you can make is one quarter.
If you outgrow a limit
Some limits you can top up on the plan you’re on — another dentist, another branch, more storage. Patient records go up with the plan itself, so a clinic that fills those moves up a tier. Either way you only pay the difference for the time left.
What actually changes between plans
Mostly size — dentists, records, storage. Every clinical part of the app is on all three: patients, the chart, notes, forms, prescriptions, appointments, booking and money. The one feature that isn’t on Starter is Inventory, the stock list and count sheet, which comes with Basic and Pro.
