What does Starter include?
- 1 dentist, 1,000 patient records and 5 GB for photos, x-rays and files
- As many team members as you like — assistants, front desk, a bookkeeper
- The dental chart: FDI numbering, adult and baby teeth, five surfaces, existing work kept apart from planned treatment
- Medical history, with alerts that show when the patient is booked
- Appointments that warn you before a double booking, plus email confirmations and reminders
- An online booking page; requests wait for your staff to confirm
- Prescriptions written generic-name-first as RA 6675 requires, with PRC, PTR and S2
- Each patient’s balance, installments and a statement of account
- Consent and treatment forms signed on screen, and lab cases
Inventory and digital impressions aren’t on Starter.
How much setting up does a one-dentist clinic need?
A solo dentist who runs their own front desk is one member, tagged as a dentist — you don’t have to invite anyone. Then set your hours, your fees (starting from a list of common procedures) and where payments go, and you’re ready for the first patient.

Yes, at no extra cost. Each person logs in as themselves and gets a role that decides what they can open — a front desk can book and take payments without reading clinical notes, for example. Only dentists are counted in the plan.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes. MyDMD runs in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, so the chart can come to the chair and the appointment book can come home with you.
What happens when the clinic grows?
Add a second dentist for ₱150 a month, or move up to Basic: 2 dentists, 10,000 patient records and 20 GB. Moving up takes one click, and you only pay the difference for the time left.

14 days, no card. The trial has Starter’s size limits but every feature switched on, including Inventory and digital impressions. If you use them during the trial and then choose Starter, nothing is deleted: it stays on screen exactly as you left it, but you can’t add to it until you move up.
