Getting set up
The setup checklist, one page per step. Four are required; the rest can wait until you want them.
- Create your clinic Sign up, confirm your email, and get your clinic set up on the 14-day trial. 6 min
- Add your team and tag your dentists Invite staff, and mark which of them are dentists — scheduling needs at least one. 5 min
- Set dentist working hours Tell the calendar when each dentist works, at each branch. 10 min
- Price your procedures Build the price list that progress notes and billing both pull from. 15 min
- Add your payment accounts Set up where money is recorded — cash drawer, GCash, bank — so every payment has a home. 5 min
- Add your clinic logo Your logo prints on forms, prescriptions and your public booking page. 3 min
- Turn on online booking Give patients a public link to request appointments — reviewed by you, never auto-confirmed. 10 min
- Check your patient emails Confirmations and reminders are already on — this is where you check the timing. 5 min
Running the clinic
