Add your clinic logo
Your logo prints on forms, prescriptions and your public booking page.
Settings → Clinic → Profile & logo. Optional, and the cheapest five minutes on this list.
Where it actually shows up
- Signed forms — consent forms and treatment plans carry it as letterhead
- Prescriptions — alongside your clinic name and address
- Your public booking page — the first thing a patient sees when they follow your booking link
A prescription or a consent form with no letterhead is the sort of thing a patient notices without being able to say why, and the same document with one looks like it came from a clinic rather than from a printer.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Clinic → Profile & logo.
- Upload your logo.
- While you’re here, check the clinic name, address and contact details on this page — these are what print on those documents too, and they’re worth reading once with fresh eyes.
What kind of file
A square-ish image works best, since it has to sit in a letterhead and on a web page. If your logo is very wide, it’ll still work, just smaller. A transparent PNG looks cleanest on a white form.
