Billing and plans
Picking a plan, what happens when the trial ends, and how add-ons work.

When the trial ends
Nothing is charged automatically. You never entered a card, so there is nothing to charge.
You’re emailed a few days before it ends. If you do nothing:
- Three days of read-only. You can still open everything — patients, notes, the chart, the money. You just can’t change anything. Nobody is locked out of their own records on day one.
- Then the clinic locks, and the only thing you can reach is the billing page to pick a plan.
Your data is never deleted at any point. Choosing a plan lifts the lock and everything is where you left it.
That read-only step exists on purpose. A clinic that misses a renewal email still needs to look up a patient’s allergies this afternoon.
Choosing a plan
Three plans, differing mostly in size: how many dentists, how many patient records, how much storage. Every clinical part of the app — patients, the chart, notes, forms, prescriptions, appointments, booking and money — is on all three.
The one feature that isn’t on Starter is Inventory, the stock list and count sheet, which comes with Basic and Pro. Your 14-day trial includes it whichever plan you choose afterwards; if you set a stock list up during the trial and then pick Starter, it stays on screen exactly as you left it — nothing is deleted — but you can’t update the counts until you move up.
Billing is quarterly or annual. There is no month-to-month plan. Annual costs ten months instead of twelve, so two months are free — the per-month figures on our pricing page are shown on that basis.
Full prices are on the pricing page.
Add-ons
Three, and they attach to any plan, following your billing cycle — so on an annual plan they get the same two-months-free discount:
- Extra branch — ₱500/month
- Extra dentist — ₱150/month
- Extra storage — ₱100/month per 5 GB
Team members are unlimited on every plan, so there’s nothing to buy there. Pro’s patient records are unlimited; Starter and Basic have record caps, and outgrowing one means moving up a plan rather than buying a dial.
Changing plan
Upgrades apply right away, and you only pay the difference for the time left. Downgrades and billing-cycle changes take effect at your next renewal, rather than cutting your clinic short mid-period.
If you’re moving from the old version
Your price and your clinic’s size are held for a year from the day you move, and the time you’ve already paid for carries over. See what happens to your plan — that page is written for exactly this.
